For any new or experienced real estate investor, the most accessible resource is the local Real Estate Investing Club. At any monthly or bi-monthly meeting at the REI club, one can solve all manner of challenges. Finding rehab deals, getting referrals on reliable contractors, finding the right mortgage broker, networking with other investors to find buyers for your deals, finding the right title agent for your deals. I myself found all of the above, at my very first REI meeting, years ago, and still benefit from those relationships to this day. Real estate investors have new challenges resulting from today's hyper-dynamic market. Getting, and staying, plugged in is crucial to getting the most out of one's efforts.
